These terms govern purchases made on ilisoft. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us at [email protected] before checking out.
What you're buying
We sell software license keys for third-party products (Microsoft Windows, Office and related editions). Each listing states whether a key is retail or OEM-style — retail keys can be moved to a new device after deactivating the old one; OEM-style keys stay bound to the original hardware. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an independent reseller, not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. We currently confirm every order manually — card, PayPal and bank transfer payments are not captured automatically yet. Keys are emailed to the address you provide at checkout as soon as confirmation is complete.
Acceptable use
Keys are sold for legitimate activation of the software they're listed for. Reselling, sharing, or attempting to activate a key on more devices than its listing allows is not permitted and may void any replacement guarantee.
Liability
We replace or refund a key that fails to activate through no fault of the buyer (see our refund policy). Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
