What we collect
At checkout: your name, email address, country, and — for business purchases — a tax ID. If you create an account, we also store a password (hashed, never in plain text). We don't collect or store payment card details ourselves.
Why we collect it
To process your order, email you the license key(s) and invoice, and let you look up or manage past orders. Business tax IDs are used only for invoicing.
Who we share it with
Order confirmation and key-delivery emails are sent through Brevo. Once card/PayPal payments are live, payment processing will run through Stripe/PayPal directly — we won't see or store your full card number. We use Google Analytics on public pages to understand traffic; it's not loaded on order or account pages.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. for tax records).
