Unused keys
If a key hasn't been activated, you can request a swap to a different edition or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Keys that fail to activate
If a key doesn't activate through no fault of yours, we'll replace it from a different batch or refund the order — whichever you prefer.
Activated keys
Once a key has been successfully activated, we can only help with activation issues — we can't offer a refund, since the license has been put to use.
How to request one
Email [email protected] with your order ID (from your confirmation email, or looked up on the order lookup page).
