Activation help

Stuck activating a key? Follow the steps below, or check the questions underneath if something doesn't match what you're seeing.

Activation steps

  1. 01Open Settings → System → Activation on the machine you want to license.
  2. 02Choose Change product key and paste your license key.
  3. 03Wait for the confirmation, then reboot once so the edition change settles.
  4. 04If you see error 0xC004C003, wait ten minutes and retry — the key is queued, not rejected.

Common questions

Every key we sell is a retail license sourced through our supply channel and activates against the vendor's own servers. If a key doesn't activate, we replace it from another batch or refund the order.
